eat like more protein based foods like chicken, beef, basically meat based foods and like drink alot of milk cause like these have alot of protein but dont have plant based foods that have protein or slop from the supermarket or anything that has fiber because it reduces the absorbtion of the protein and other nutrients but other than that just lift heavy weight or whatever you can until failure and yeah
