Yeah you might as well stop lifting if your not seeing results in less than a week.
 
Wtf is wrong with people nowadays, want everything fast af, i have gained 11kg of lean muscle in 2 years dude, you arenot gonna make noticible gains in 3months like in yt videos
 
6 days is not enough to see a difference, be patient

Wait 6 months for weight loss and muscle gain at least, 6 days jfl.
 
I started lifting like 2 months ago and I haven't really either seen changes. Some in my biceps and I lift more than when I started, but other than that, nothing really.
 
Guess it's time to inject 1g of test e daily.
