All advice welcome idgaf im having my right eye with ptosis or whatever checked friday so im fs having surgery on that what else can i do im 15 5’10 146 lbs but im supposed to be atleast 6 ft ive been bulking the past month ive gained 25 lbs since end of june my side profile clapped so lmk how to work on that i got braces rn will that help

Come back at 19 or so. Let puberty do its thing and have fun with friends, play sports/gym, eat healthy instead of being here. Also forget about mewing. It’s probably cope now.

One thing I’d do is ask your ortho for a palate expander as your mouth looks narrow.

How do i get rid of it
it’s called brown fat, it has extra mitochondria, but it’s pretty easy to burn off so it most likely isn’t even a little bit brown fat unless you have never done a sport in your life. To lose brown fat, do cold exposure, zone 2 cardio, and hiit. Now for your puffiness, just fix your diet and the rest will mostly follow. Eat lean, no seed oils or processed food, lower sodium, and meal prep.

Im bulking rn eating like 4400 cal a day will it go away when i start cutting in a couple months
