it works if you do it hard, I can see a slight compaction of the maxilla too minimal although it ends when I lower the tongue of the palate, this is nothing compared to maxillary impaction surgery and ccw

No lol, the first third should put least amount of pressure, it you put too much pressure there it will cause masseter tension and pull your face down

It's because your tongue is too weak currently because of never using it, you need to swallow correctly and then hold the position when your back third is up for few secs, keep increasing the duration to strengthen it, the front third should stay on roof but should exert very less pressure

no its literally impossible my tongue can stay up fine and i touvh the tip when swallowing. Its impopssible based on structure of my paalate
