according to google some guys even at 6 months don’t see results. some guys need to wait a year to see results. it sounds to me like yours hasn’t stabilized yet so you’re probably one of those guys

Stay on it, start taking pictures every month under proper lighting with both dry and wet hair. There is a shedding phase with fin mind you.

If it's truly not working and you want to preserve your hair then the only alternative might be dutasteride.

It’s normal to lose hair early in it, wait 2-3 months.

You won’t get regrowth on fin most likely, add minox if you want a chance for that
