Been on Reta for 4 days now is it normal I don't feel effects yet

4 days ago I (19/196cm/124kg) pinned 2mg didn't notice effect so I pinned another 2mg yesterday still don't notice any hunger suppression felt a bit immediately after first injection but that was placebo is it normal or did I get fake peps?
