So you are doing 3.5 days a week on average? If so, bump up to 4 for a week. Then 5 for several weeks. Then 6, then every day

Yeah your moisture barrier just needs time to repair
swap to a lower %, buffer the tret with moisturiser and use alternating days until your skin adjusts to retinoid usage

you can order ceramol 311 cream which will repair your barrier faster if you want but, I’d save that for plan b

I can’t give a certain answer tbh but, going by testimonials on this forum, both seem to take just under a month to deliver to US

alldaychemist has worked well for me delivering to UK (2-3 weeks)
but I think expresspct has a USA warehouse idk if they stock tret there though.
