taking accutane and tretinoin together

My dermatologist made me stop isotretinoin after being on 40mg for 6 months because apparently it's too dangerous in the summer, so he gave tretinoin instead. I don't think tretinoin is enough so I'm microdosing 40mg of isotretinoin a week aswell as tretinoin every other day, i figured this will only accelerate cell turnover and down regulate my sebaceous glands, but i haven't read about anyone doing this before, and obviously no dermatologist would advice this so I'll need some feedback/anectodes

u can take for example 10 mg per day and use tret. dont take higher dosages with tret. better dont stop accutane
