No because I have enough self control to not let them control me.

I actually stopped smoking entirely due my health issues. Haven't touched a cig in 2 years basically. Quit cold turkey when I realized they were exacerbating my issues. Yeah you deal with urges at first but really you just gotta muscle through.

If I recover I will go back to smoking but not as much because now I'm more aware of how much of a looksmin they are.

Try rolling your own too. Can be much more economical and will help you temper your habit. Amsterdam Shag is a good option
