Already on zinc. Idk what progesterone ot tudca are but they sounds like steroids, which are hard to get. Don’t like caffeine, not doing any of that crazy ray peat aspirin shit and can’t be bothered fitting white button mushrooms into my diet. So taurine is the only option huh
