nobody here a medical expert but by looking, ur shi looks pretty much closed. in an xray that isnt closed, there would be more of a blank gap between the shit but ur shit straight ossified. idk js try blasting 36 iu hgh daily and sqeeze the shit outta whatever u may have left.
