Also letting the hair and beard grow did a lot. I am 30 y/o, rhino costed me 8k€ ans it was 1.5 months ago so the nose will get even more defined in the next months, I am very satisfied what do you think ?

Mirin'. I would get supra fat grafts + infraorbital implants next if I were you.

I actually got filler in the under eye area along with the rhino, can't see that much of a difference tho

Yeah I'd just get infras. Use concealer to fraud a good undereye area in the meantime.

thanks for the advice, i'll probably not do it tbh since I don't think it will be a major upgrade compared to the risk of looking fake. I'll probably just do hair implants (I hide it well on the picture because I have a good hair density but i am starting to have Vegeta's hairline) I am on minoxidil and finasterid since a month, if I don't have any progress in like 5 more months i will do the hair implants

There is no real risk of looking fake if you know what you're doing

the risk is to have a surgeon that make a design mistake then because I will not know what I will be doing lol

mate can you rate the before and after ?

Oh you're referring to infras. Yeah that's true. You need to find a good surgeon. I was referring to the concealer

Thanks for not being a gatekeeping faggot.

What made you choose this surgeon in particular ?

I'm French as well and need a revision rhinoplasty, but I don't know where to research French surgeons. If you know of a Facebook group or another French-speaking community dedicated to the topic, I'd really appreciate you sharing a link.

Why would people gatekeep the name of their surgeon lol ?

I don't have any link to sent to you because I just searched on google surgeons in paris, look at the rating and before/after pics of a few surgeons and picked maybe a bit fast but I think it was a good choice at the end.

I would definetly recommend him, I can't find any negative review on him anywhere but he is expensive.

t'as des photos à me montrer de ton avant après ? pourquoi t'as besoin d'une révision ?

Privacy/paranoia, pettiness, but most often an attempt to prevent any hype around a surgeon's name, as it can result in a price hike.

Google reviews and the surgeons' Instagram posts are better than nothing, but, ideally, I'd rather rely on direct, illustrated, interactive patient testimonies (as seen on Reddit, here, and FB groups).

He did a good job on you, so it was worth it.
I expect the average plastic surgeon in Paris to charge around 7-8K€ for a primary rhinoplasty ; so your surgeon's fees don't really surprise me.

On my side I don't have any breath issue, I talked about it with the surgeon before the procedure because it was one of my concern since the purpose was to have a smaller nose

bro i know you mean well but you cant just say i would get "infras" as if its just like a no risk surgery
look at the bone resorption which happens due to silicone infras and peek ones are so expensive. you make it seem like its a walk in the park

mirin result. i am also thinking of getting filler in the undereyes. how many ml did you get and what kind? and why do you think it didnt make a noticeable difference?

idk about the quantity, he showed me the product but I don't remember the name, I just know it is a specific filler design for the undereye region. I don't think it made a noticeable difference because my dark circle are almost as visible as before, the difference is very subtle, almost unoticeable for anyone other than me, using concealer is more effective ,in my case

You're in the Cosmetic Surgery section, what exactly are you expecting?

No one is saying it's cheap

maybe some actual good advice rather than "just get infras bro"
there should be nuance behind every surgical recommendation and the cost / risks should always be taken in account

Again moron, you are in the Cosmetic Surgery section. I'm going to give Cosmetic Surgery recommendations if I think the user needs it. Yes, Infra PEEK implants are expensive and get you the best result, this is common knowledge. All you've done is talk about fillers which have a high chance of migrating.

No wonder your reputation is so shit. Make better use of your time.

Imagine nitpicking random posts on an incel forum and then claiming you don't care about said forum.

Don't think I'd expect anything less from a wageslave brokie who can't afford infras so they go and cope with undereye filler which is going to migrate and make you look even more shit JFL

I asked my surgeon about the chance of migration, he told me it only happens when the surgeon uses the wrong filler, basically if he use one design for the lips in the undereye region it could migrate but other than that there was no chances. I am a bit skeptical about that

Yeah I don't think that's true. Undereye filler will almost always migrate
