Good ascension but I would love to see what he looks like in 18 months. The maintenance on that much filler in that many areas is going to suck, especially if he gets the old stuff dissolved before touching up.

Fair enough. I will only get them if needed after bimax, and only in my cheeks due to low migration risk and higher longevity than the jaw, for example. If I can afford proper implants then I will get those instead though.
