If you want to get a bit more attractive Fixing ur teeth shoud be a priority, Depending on ur case the prices will range of course, but if you have crowding and have a normal occlusion then it is worth it of course no extractions. If you have a class type 2 (deepbite, overbite and overjet) odds are you need a appliance without extractions otherwise your bite will be dentally camfaulged into a normal occlusion and still a overbite. What most orthodontists do is they push this idea of invisalign being this holy grail that can expand your palate and straighten ur teeth fix ur bite and might fix ur tmj some say. Thing is it can expand ur palate by tipping ur teeth out but its not a real expansion that you get from devices like marpe/mse. Though most people do not need a marpe at all as it will make u look worse asymmetrical expansion due to the provider not seeing the existing asymmerty which is mostly caused due to posture which causes these asymmerty from habits. and not placing the device in a way that is slanted. Exampe right eye higher then left you would then slant the marpe pushing ur left side up and your right side down though only a small percentage of providers can do so and this will need cbct scanning etc. most of the time (unless you have a crossbite upper palate more narrow then lower then it could be deemed as a aestheic benefit but if not most of the time it will make u look stupid especially if you go above 7.5mm of expansion the breathing benefits are there and better tongue space but dentally expanding could do the same for tongue space) Most people do not realize that most of their facial asymmerty and tmj is due to their posture. If you have tmj and a asymmertical face set your phone up with ur shirt off and click the inverted filter see ur side profile as well, If you have one shoulder higher then the other abs asymmerty ribs more flared on one side and forward head posture odds are your tmj and face asymmerty is from ur posture. Before getting into orthodontic treatment these should be fixed do not depend on these devices or appliances to not cause asymmerty if you already do so. Also usually the side that is more expanded most of the time is your non dominate side of ur face ur bones are mallable on that side. Which leads to it being expanded more then the dominate side.

Yea most important thing is posture when it comes to asymmerty and it should be fixed before getting work done to fix ur teeth.

An easy way to help improve asymmetry is if your someone whos glued to the laptop or desktop for a long time if you notice how a keyboard and mouse is almost always on right side Espically just the letters on the keyboard which over time in my opinion causes asymmerty including the mouse, You can just switch it to the left side instead and only use your left hand to develop ur right hemisphere brain. at first it will be hard since ur left hand is almost always not being used. Second if you tug the chicken everyday with ur right hand that can cause asymmerty as well overtime thats why your penis may be curved. So switching things up is a must including fixing your posture. Getting up every hour and walking with your hands behind ur back for 5 mins should be a must. This is hard but overtime 8 months should fix it. If you want to take it further a notch you can do a more extreme way which should correct it even quicker but its something most cant do.

Everyone has a mild cant in their simle and doing mse if its noticeable will make it worse MOST LIKELY. IF YOUR PROVIDER IS SMART HE COULD SLANT the device to help reduce/fix existing asymmetry. Im no ortho or airway dentist So I wouldn't know what would be good for you.

My postures terrible, uneven shoulders and turtle neck, u think fixing mines would help my asymmetry even if it’s bone?

Mr. Wollas said he solved his asymmetry with exercises.
I'd like to know if anyone in this forum has tried these exercises.

possibly, depends though. By the things you said though it sounds like one side of you is rotated inwards, and one is outwards? If u have one cheekbones popping out more and one cheekbones thats not popping out more but higher, Then yes it is fixable with your posture. You must dedicate to switching your daily habits though and making a new routine There is a gatekept method that will work but takes time.

If you sleep on the hard ground on your back it will help fix it as well, no pillows or anything as well. Because when us humans are on a bed it curves our spine since its so soft and effects our muscles if you see as well a pillow puts you into overhead posture since it pushes your head forward for a long period of time since ur sleeping and overtime this fucks your posture,

the people that made the soft bed and pillows knew this and fucked peoples posture. If everyone had good posture no one would have muscle pain, knee pain or neck problems and chiropacters would be bankrupt , Ideal is to sleep on your back on the ground no pillows or anything and it should fix your posture stregethen lower back muscles and neck, when you first try this you will be sore and aching but just know your posture is getting fixed. You wont see results quick since most of you have had shiity posture and sleeping on soft beds thier whole life.
Nothing good comes quick it will take time as well, good luck!

YOU GOT THIS!

Does this apply to asymmetry with ur Jaw (my right side of the jaw being more prominent and "wider" than the left) and ur chin "shifted" towards one side?
