Yes, leg proportions are good because both the femur and tibia have been lengthened. Working on both segments helps to maintain your natural/original proportions (~0.8 tibia to femur ratio). However, it implies 2 surgeries instead of 1, twice the risk, and twice the cost. Also, if you project a 15 cm lengthening, I assume you might even need two consecutive passes on your femur ... which means 3 surgeries. Unless you're extremely motivated and very resilient mentally, expect to be done after the first 2 surgeries, given the very long recovery and physical hardship. Even just 1 surgery might convince you that it's enough.

If we're talking about the whole body's proportions, then are you aware that this morph altered your arm length ? Unless you're projecting arm lengthening surgery as well ( ), your general proportions would differ from this morph. Torso length is +/- unchanged though.
