If ur thinking about getting a rhino and already have a thin nose from the front and mainly want changes to the side or your tip and nostrils like I did. Be prepared for an ugly shit recovery that takes months to a year. It’s not like painful but it’s painful seeing urself look like u got turned into avatar in the mirror every day even if ur side is better ur nose will be swollen like a big potato yam on ur face and will make u uglier almost every time before it goes down. Maybe closed rhino is better in this case but normal open rhino isn’t like magic u gotta really wait forever to look decent again from the front. I feel like everyone knows this but I promise u aren’t prepared to really see it on ur face. To hide it u can tape the supra tip and bridge in public so that helps.

Yeah, do yk if it’s normal for it to look kinda down turned from the front, like from the side it’s upturned but from the front I think it’s the columella that’s throwing me off like if it’s swollen can make it look droopy and shorten philtrum length

how to speed up the recovery

idk a lot about that I’m still trying to figure out myself, I think getting enough protein and eating pineapple and vitamin c pills and doing lymphatic drainage massages and slight pressure massages is some of the only way other than waiting a few months and getting steroid injections. Flonase also can help I think.
