im cycling back onto dnp monday so thats coming soon, im not stopping till im sub 8% bf and I will prob look like a twig but ill fiqure out the muscle mass part later

current lifts are 230 bp and 280 bs

hopefully i can loose alot of weight and still maintain the stregth

im down from 200 last spring (currently 168) so ill have to go to low 150s or maybe high 140s which sounds way too low for 6'0.5"
