OP has a narrow jaw. His options are angle implants (look shit and unrealistic like I said) or angle filler, djs will not add meaningful width. Migration is a meme, it’s an issue in soft tissue (which, even if it does migrate, can be dissolved).

It is simply a fact that nothing besides angle filler will create results like this (what OP needs) despite of it’s unideal ‘temporary’ nature in the form of refill requirements.
