A visual example of what you can achieve naturally around 65kg with a few years of solid training, daily, without tracking calories, workouts, or any of that bullshit. Further progress absolutely could have been made, but before you think about taking steroids, train hard for a couple years, at least see what your body can get to naturally for your maintenance weight class. If your body doesn't look like this before you take steroids, you're doing yourself huge injustice. Max yourself naturally first, and then stack on top of that.
I have never taken a steroid. I don't take any supplements, not even protein powder. I don't meet my macros, ever.
Summary info: Training daily, multiple times per day, including cardio every single day. Don't track calories. Eat clean. Weight: 145lb/65kg, height: 5'10
