I was thinking of starting with GHK-Cu and IGF-1LR3. GHK-Cu for skin, nails and hair. IGF-1LR3 for bone density, width and muscle growth but by further research I was told it's not beginner friendly and in general, IGF-1 signaling peptides cause insulin resistance. What would be a beginner friendly stack that includes GHK-Cu and some kind of IGF-1 signaling pep. Also what are some ways to avoid insulin resistance while pinning, would Reta be any help with that?
