Beginner bonesmasher, hos long rest between sessions?

Started bonesmashing with Hammer, my chin Is sore, how long before i smash a gain.
I did my zygomes too but not sore at all, should i re-smash them tomorrow?

Dont rest hit youself as often as possible and as hard as possible. No pain=no gain
