beginner cycle advice (15)

i’m currently 15 growth plates closed im 6”2 214 pounds 22% bf i want to cut for football while retaining muscle yet i have one major problem there is no chance i can pin anything or keep anything in a fridge i need advice on what my first cycle should be for fat loss and muscle gain please help a brother out i desperately need to lose weight
 
lowk cope but look into sarms bc of long half life and no need to refrigerate you can keep in water bottle under bed

Sarms could be ur best bet but there also dangerous and can cook ur hormones, I'd say if you cant pin just stay natty atp and lock in a good diet and training routine.
