First of all switch to linux for your computer I personally use fedora but you can use really any distro for the vpn use mullvad but if you cant afford that just use proton vpn then for browser use librewolf firefox or duckduckgo then use proton mail and use a duckduckgo email address protecter for free that runs all emauls through duckmail to your email so that sites cant see your real email.
