I’m mid 16 6ft 140lbs framelet and I’m trying to start my first cycle for dimo and frame. Any tips on how to start one?

Once you have a good cycle try optimise your AR

Adding in Inj L carnatine is also super good as it increasss AR sensitivity and you will get alot more out of the cycle

Same as mega dose caffeine

Also try get sleeping as optimal as that also helps a lot but HGH should help do that
