bein sick makes you unable to eat

im almost always full even the smell of food makes me feel like throwing up feels like im eating the food and getting food get me out of this hell this is my second thread

how do i get sick so i can effectively starve, i cant go on a diet, the situations im put into are hard for me to resist

not every type of sick will make you like me but i could genuinely fast for the next 10 hours and don't complain even water feels like eating a full on meal

the only time i felt like that is when i had the flu, i would genuinely get it on purposes, i looked anorexic after my flu disappeared

im probably going to weigh way less after this because i cannot eat anything i could probably rely on one burger throughout the day
