then change it. i was a ball at 340 pounds 6'2 6 months and had the worst depression and confieidnce and daily tasks were a being struggle. Im now 260, still fat asf but im leaning fast and its helped so much. You should make a post progressing your leanmaxx progression aswell trust me you wont regret it
