This is a cope. 3-6 months it takes to return to walking after maxxing out the nail on avg (i wont do) after an additional 3 months you can start jumping and running. so running on avg takes 6-9 months to get to. Full recovery is probably one year after, when you remove the nails but if you arent an olympian athlet but just a normal sports person it wont matter

I think the heightpills even more brutal than people make it out to be, the amount of respect and presence you get from being 6’2+ is insane

I suppose frauding is your only hope, just be careful not to get caught.

This is probably all water but just make sure you wear airforces and heightboosters 24/7. In the event of getting caught just larp having some kind of foot arch issue and say your doctor prescribed you wear them.

You could easily squeeze out 4 inches from this

height doesnt rlly do shit for me probably cus im hltn but i havnt had a girl like me in like 8 months and it was like the first time a girls liked me since 1st grade

Idk tbh whenever I've measured my height in the past year it's been between 170cm-172cm. When I did measure sometimes it was at night sometimes in morning. But yes I'm around 5 ' 7
