Being a black Buddhist is hard

All of my family are Christians, and whilst most of them aren’t hardcore Christians and they aren't too in my face about it, a few of them lecture me about "not reading the word" and "straying from God's path", like i literally got an hour long lecture with a long prayer from a family member, just cus I said I don’t pray or read the Bible

Also I sometimes go to Church with my family, and I always sit with them whilst they pray (even though I don't pray myself), it's not like I'm forced it's more like I am asked and I go along with it not to cause any drama

SHIT IS SO FUCKIN ANNOYING

I should just tell my family I'm atheist/agnostic or Buddhist, but I don't want even more drama
