I'm a hedonist with no self-control. I overeat and eat shit food all the fucking time. I'm basically addicted to food. I drink energy drinks daily, and sleep about 4 hours a night during weekdays (even though I need about 9), because I procrastinate going to sleep. I procrastinate everything tbh.
I don't know where to start looksmaxxing and self-improvement because everything about me is fucked. And I don't know on how to get enough self-control to actually start and do these things. There's too much to do and it just feels like too much tbh. Especially with studying (which I also procrastinate).
Anyone know ways on how to stop being a hedonistic loser? How can I gain more self-control and discipline?
