Lots of greys register on org, post a few times, get absolutely raped by regulars and cucked by OGs and leave. And in a way, this is really good. Regulars brutally harassing greys is a really good way to filter out these bluepillers with terrible takes, opinions or niggers that only shitpost. Maybe some care enough to not take offense and actually build up posts, rep and status. This forum is already too big and old for the effect of "being known by everyone" to happen, proven by the 20k-40k concurrent active users.

Затем есть большая часть завсегдатаев (в реальной жизни это люди в возрасте от 18 до 40 лет), которые довольно хорошо известны и уже пользуются уважением. Вероятно, они равняются на оставшихся ветеранов. Они тоже пользуются немалым уважением.

Теперь появились «серые». В реальной жизни это возрастная группа от 0 до 17 лет, то есть буквально новички. На этом форуме к ним относятся как к евреям в нацистской Германии. Как к отсталым. Как к неграм во времена рабства. Как к любому другому меньшинству в Российской империи. Расходные материалы, бесполезные вещи. И по большей части я согласен. Многие «серые» регистрируются на форуме, несколько раз пишут, их буквально избивают завсегдатаи и обманывают старые пользователи, после чего они уходят. И в каком-то смысле это очень хорошо. Жестокие преследования «серых» завсегдатаями — это отличный способ отфильтровать этих «синепилляров» с ужасными взглядами, мнениями или негров, которые только и делают, что постят всякую чушь. Возможно, некоторым достаточно важно не обижаться, и они действительно наращивают количество постов, репутацию и статус. Этот форум уже слишком большой и старый, чтобы эффект «всех знают» проявился, что подтверждается 20-40 тысячами одновременно активных пользователей.

Однако есть один очень важный момент. Поскольку жизнь каждого человека меняется, годы идут, и люди покидают форум. Естественно, это означает, что вам буквально необходим стабильный приток «серых» пользователей, которые «сформировались» и стали нормальными. Если вы прекратите приток «серых», вы просто убьете форум, потому что все стареют.

В общем, я хотел сказать следующее: если вы — серый и чувствуете, что просто не можете вписаться в общество, либо исправьтесь, либо сдайтесь. Нынешнее жестокое отношение к серым, вероятно, не должно меняться, поскольку это единственное, что служит своего рода скотчем на этом тонущем корабле.
