depends, if you are an ultra special-grade autist there's little to be done since they naturally usually don't desire to become nt or even can see the benefits of being nt, however if you became nd due to early experiences I believe it can be reversed completely, especially the more attractive you are, this is due to many reasons, the main one being having a positive feed-back loop due to your looks, getting shut down less and less the more attractive you are and getting away with basically anything you do or say no matter how catastrophic due to your looks (believe me when I tell you so, I have done shit that would have got people in jail and people didn't even question it)
