I'm talking about how sad it is to see the older users that you liked/found interesting leave or say that they are going to leave soon.

And I can't even blame them, the forum quality is objectively horrible right now.

And then I ask myself " If I joined earlier, would I have been a great friend of this user?"

But why discuss hypothetical scenarios, it doesnt even matter.

The real question is:
is there anyway the forum can be saved?

after a quick convo with @asdvek under his own thread, and after seeing @davidlaidisme67 's thread about leaving soon (both just today), I am realizing just now that the situation might be worse than I thought. I'm not encouraging you guys to stay or to leave, do whatever makes you happy.
