When you know your nose is the only thing holding you back but you can't do anything about it cause you're a broke bum.

When you know rhinoplasty can change your life but you're working a minimum wage job and can barely afford groceries.

When you know you're one nosejob away from swimming in bitches but the 500 dollar a month paycheck in your mail reminds you that's not happening.

When you sit everyday morphing your images to see what you look like with a slimmer nose knowing it's not a possibility.
