Polish, Czech mostly and whatever other kinds of slavs there were, along with Balts etc.

People from Nigeria, in US, will act more civilized than people from Croatia in US. This is due to a different level of entry requirement, as in the amount of money a family has to earn, the amount of education a family has to have, etc. Someone from a European country can easily move to another European country, compared to let's say someone from Ethiopia, or India, or whatever.
