Yeah that is. If you are already htn+ than you have motivation to gain another point to get to the next level(chadlite) while you as a ltn it doesnt matter for you if you lose another point because it doesnt make a difference.
Motivation only applies if you have smth and you just want more

Nah. Htn to chadlite is the bigger one. There are 15-20% htns.
