I feel like this topic doesn’t get any attention because it’s “muh looks” and everyone seems to be extremely bluepilled when it comes to looks outside PSL. Quite sad tbh, so many problems could be solved if the person understood the reason they have depression or social anxiety is because they were ugly as a kid.

I don't know how that knowledge would have helped, though.

I was bluepilled throughout my teens, beating myself up thinking I wasn't doing this one thing or that one thing that would finally get me noticed by females.

But, knowing that I know now, fully engrossed in the blackpill... what could I have changed? All girls still would have hated me. I guess I wouldn't have cared as much, but what good would that do.

It would help you answer the questions you had about not fitting in and stuff. Like reorganizing your mental health and understanding what the problem really was. I think it would help them their past and why it happened. Instead of being completely helpless and searching in the dark for answers. Who knows though

this is legit, otoplasty in kids reduced bullying for 99% of the school going kids.

The best book on this is "Facial Aesthetics" by Farhad B. Naini. Book is a must read for anyone on this forum and recommend by alot of the high iq posters on lookism.

It has a huge effect on you. Verbal abuse as a child is detrimental to your mental health later one. I would go as far to say it basically forms your conscience

not really bruh didn't really become insecure but its kinda like taking dmt and seeing the other side. everything just clicks as far as why something is attractive/unattractive. And for surgerymaxxers this is key.

every chapter is prefaced with an explanation of all the technical medical jargon for that topic (ex. eyes) so its not hard to read. The fucking guy even tells you the surgeries for alot of the asymmetries and stuff. literal looksmax bible.
