The only way to tell your rating is to judge how people treat you irl. Your life experience is your rating. To figure out your rating just decide which category you relate to the most:

Subhuman:

• Women are repulsed and get visibly distressed when they are forced to spend time with you. You will never find a women who is romantically interested in you
• People avoid you, they will cross the street if they see you coming towards them
• You have no friends.
• People bully you endlessly and you learn to avoid human interaction
• Very poorly socialised because of how society treats you. Probably a NEET or basement dweller who spends their days alone on video games, anime or 4chan because they are the only places you can feel worth

LTN:

• Women act like you don’t exist and have never shown any signs of interest. Getting a girlfriend is almost impossible unless you are extremely NT and get lucky
• Invisible to most people and disrespected
• Making friends is very hard and is only possible if you put in all the work. Your friends don’t care about you and wouldn’t try talk to you if you stopped talking to them, quickly forgetting about your existence. Very few friends and none of them are close to you
• You were bullied in school but afterwards people just treat you with apathy. You never healed from it and have mental issues like social anxiety as a result

I'm a mixed bag of LTN and MTN.

LTN:
- I was bullied in school
- I have no friends/invisible

MTN:
- Never disrespected
- I can be friendly with girls at jobs and stuff and build a rapport with them so that we laugh together and shit and enjoy our time at work more when we're both working. That said it's not a romantic energy at all. More of a goofy, slightly weird, nice guy energy on my behalf.
- Some romantic success. I think I would have more but I am forced to cold approach because I am a loner with no social life.

At the end of the day I am a MTN loner, which is LTN.
