the reason i think so is cuz when you're average in something lets say you have an average face, you can continue living as an average guy which is obviously not even a bad thing, but most people here dont want to just be average. most of us want to be attractive.

when youre average you still have enough hope in your face which can sometimes be exhausting.

you spend a lot of time doing softmaxxes that youre not even fully sure are working, you plan the hardmaxxes that you think will ascend you the most. you get a job to then afford those hardmaxes, etc etc.

its just so much effort and yea having hope is obviously nice but man sometimes i think about if i was below average i would lowkey jsut give up and i feel like i would be way more at peace with life, although i would probably be much more depressed.

idk which is better but i know that being average is lowkey exhausting as shit cuz u just fantasize about your potential future which may or may not even happen depending on how much effort you put in.

True, and when you are avarage people actually expect you to be normal/Nt and not be an incel,be social ect, they put way more preasure on you.
When you are legit ugly everyone just knows it's over for you deep down so they just let rot in peace .

depressed but not exhausted due to putting in so much effort trying to be above average. i meant more like you'd be depressed when thinking about your life but ultimately you'd be at peace regardless. idk fi that makes sense.
