I'm so grateful that despite all my shortcomings, despite being ltn - low mtn, despite being 5'5, despite being autistic, despite ALL OF THAT, I was born into an upper middle class family in a 1st world country. I never have to worry about eating food, having bills paid, or not getting things for my birthday or christmas. I'm so lucky, and I am genuinely grateful for that.
