Being by myself can be a nuisance because it can cause me to be on high alert. For example, a friend left their truck at my house. I heard it driving away but couldn’t see who was in the driver seat. So, there is a possibility that someone stole it. I made sure to remember any useful information. There was another truck which took two lawn mowers. The man of this unfamiliar truck was Hispanic, 5’8”, late 30s - early 40s, overweight, by looking at pictures online I’d estimate 280 lbs, red shirt, dark blue cargo pants, dirty tan work boots, black hair, beard, short hair length. Unfortunately I could not read the license plate but it was dark blue with white text. The unfamiliar truck is recognizable, I could draw an accurate sketch. This unfamiliar truck took off to the west while the familiar truck took off to the east. Big problem! I just seen a truck that looked similar to the one I suspect is stolen drive by with a man that fits the description in the back. I only got a quick look so I can’t be certain.

It’s especially at times like this where noises are a nuisance and my thoughts. The fan blowing, a fly flying by, a dog barking, the neighbor taking out their trash, etc.

If I had a physical clock, I would surely have gone crazy by now

I would have went out there but I didn’t want to seem like a lunatic. I don’t know this guy that well

These are the closest images I could find that match the unfamiliar truck. For the image with multiple tires, the bottom left.

Personality trait or result of the environment? I knew a black guy who sorta acted similar but he lived in an area that was close to gang activity so I guess he sorta adapted from that.

So long as it isn't severe and life consuming don't stress about it. Imperfections are just ways of showing humanity.
Thank you I’ll try. I’m good at remaining calm.
