True its just a complimet so that they can get attention from you or others to make fun of you
Such a fake compliment only to get attention most of the time they dont mean it and is just a way of making fun of your looks while trying to convince you that you look cute

I totally agree as well! I think I somewhat 'baby-faced' with low angularity (mainly due to high bodyfat), and I have been called 'cute' by girls a few times at raves/festivals, but being 'cute' as a guy is something that you don't want at all. I literally had girls tell me on Feeld "hihi you look so innocent" when we started sharing kinks. yeah i used to be called cute all the time but i never got any girl attention its a compliment that has no meaning and is hinting at you that your not masculine looking enough to have a partner
