Being classy looking in the balkans only brings you hate, while looking like a low iq thug gets you more respect

Is this due to culture differences? Balkans have the same average iq as other european countries, but they seem to respect low iq thug style more than classy style, maybe it’s because of difference in testosterone levels? What causes this?

I looked at some older pictures of my grandfather from Croatia, and in the 70‘s to like early 2000‘s they always wore suits or formal clothing in general.

Yeah people in the past just looked more classy sadly nowadays that isn’t the case. I wish classy looks returned today, when men wore suits as their average clothing.

The 90s in the Balkans have permanently corrupted the people and put on the pedestal the criminal lifestyle and culture.

And it is getting worse still even after the decades after the wars have ended. Just look at the younger generations and the music and media they are exposed to, it's just pure, primitive, thugmaxxing glorification.

I live in the Balkans and know this in and out. Being high class, well educated, decent and well mannered is a major smvmin, even with higher class women, they all want to get ravaged by a dark triad bad boy...
