You just described my country perfectly. It will never prosper because good and civilized behavior is punished (especially by women with their wicked sexuality) while bad and thuggish behavior is rewarded.

Is this due to culture differences? Balkans have the same average iq as other european countries, but they seem to respect low iq thug style more than classy style, maybe it’s because of difference in testosterone levels? What causes this?
