basically OCD is obsesive compulsive disorder. It goes hand and hand with my NPD cuz I am obsessed with trying to change my face by any means necessary. I have lost relationships with friends, trust from my family, etc with NPD. Such a shitty disorder. its like I'm being chased by something and cant escape.
it's so funny because the people that actually have npd are likely to never admit it and have people think they are a great person
