Being drunk in public at daytime felt like heaven

I tried to drink and then just go out in the city doing NT stuff and holy it was life changing. Usually I’m high inhib but now I was super low inhib because I was perfect drunk. I literally just smiled when standing in the middle of the subway train staring at people. The feeling was sensational, I felt like superhuman. And I realized that most people just mind their own buisiness. Is this how neurotypical normies live their lives all the time ? Is there any pills you can take to feel like this all the time ? (I have been drunk many times but only in clubs doing cold approaches)

Benzos short term but highly addictive and will ruin your life if overused (shouldnt uder more thn once a week really).

Testosterone +ssri also both help and combined with exposure therapy would prob fix your issues. SSRi drugs increase neurogenesis which reduces anxiety and helps getting over social phobia but they also upregulate GABAergic Activity (Gaba is the reason for the loss of inhibiton on alcohol and benzos)

Talk to your doctor though since SSRI drugs can make you feel worse initially. I regret not taking one earlier because I was anti SSRI based off anecdotal stories and hadn't read into them.

I ask because I stopped taking SSRI's a few months back after being on a fairly high dose for a few years.
They never really have me the effect I wanted. They didn't make me low inhibition. The only benefit was that it seemed to make me way less jealous of people! (this wasn't something I was even aware of as a side effect but i couldn't help notice it)

Before ssri's if I saw a brag post on here about someone slaying a bunch of hot teenagers, i'd literally feel a cortisol spike and it'd keep me up at night lol! As soon as I took SSRI's I just didn't really feel that envy or jealousy. That negative energy was way diluted. And even now after a few months of stopping, it still is!

So now I remain on my search for low inhibition holy grail. Problem is i've nearly tried everything lol. But there's still a few on my list

Yeah they aren't a holy grail for it really. You still have to do the work tbh but they help speed up the rate your brain rewires thought patterns essentially. Kids dont get stuck in depressed/anxious mental states and thats because the brains rate of neurogenesis is high. Basically an ssri will help speed up the process but should still be combined with some form of exposure therapy. Propanolol helps, testosterone helps (from my experience).

Assuming you make the changes and then take them for a maintenance period (thats what I would do anyway) it should be a long term process.

Also they can cause some weird mood/outlook changes yeah which is why I wouldn't really recommend them unless a person has a problem they really want to focus on fixing in their life (with depression, anxiety, addiction etc). If somebody just takes an ssri and doesn't add lifestyle changes along with them to work on their problem I don't see them being that effective.
