She told him she's been in college for over six years. He chuckles and asks how that is possible, living in the projects (slums) while feeding her fat ass constantly. She said, "US Grants. We own that shit." She explained that all she needed to do was show up, sign in, sit for several hours, and leave. They were paying her $2,000 a month to take advantage of the grants. And she laughed about it!
