I am currently 18 years old, until I was around 16, I ate under 1300 calories and under 50 grams of protein a day (this includes during puberty). Through this, I believe I've lost out on a lot of skeletal growth, including my height and facial bone structure. What can I do now at 18 to maximize the little growth potential I have left?
I currently have an optimized diet with 2000+ cals and 150 grams of protein a day while also going to the gym
I am also 5,10 and am facially recessed.
