I did supras and infras. It’s held up fine, it’s a good but subtle improvement. At 2 weeks (even 4 or 5 weeks) it’s normal to look bad.

Eye area is hard to fix. Fat grafting fixes your soft tissue deficiency but you may also need to fix bone deficiency (filler, implant) or positioning issues (cantho, brow drop botox, bleph, ptosis repair, etc etc). It’s all very expensive and time consuming.

Feel like half the forum got fat grafting done in the last year!

yeah no filler or fat wouldn't lift the lower lid. it can even worsen the retraction if improperly placed.

It’s really just eyelid laxity for me though. In bright conditions I have no scleral show but like most looksmaxxers I sit in a dark room taking selfies. Which is probably why we all think we have excessive scleral show.

Damn we have similar issues as my ESR is 0.43. Deep bite is fucking evil and orthos don’t understand how to decompensate it properly. Or I would have had Trimax already.

One surgery you can do for ESR that’s not talked about is lateral zygo arch reduction but obviously it’s not suitable for everyone, especially if your ESR is caused by low IPD rather than wide face or if your overall FWHR is already bad.
