Truecel Whites are just "regular" ugly and can go about their day normally and blend in.

But if you're ugly as a shitskin, you're playing up to racial caricatures and people will naturally assume all kinds of nasty things about you.

Technically there's a grace plateau where you could be ugly because of your race, e.g. you'd look like just about any other average nigger to someone less discerning, but I'm specifically talking about lost causes that are even uglier than that.
