Honestly if you're obese, or even fat in 2025 its 100% out of your own personal choice entirely and you don't truly want to look good and lose weight. I'm sick and tired of fat fucks whining about this shit EVERYWHERE when all you need is to pin 1 drug once a week and you'll lose all your weight so fucking fast; with so many glp-1's and shit accessible to nearly everyone at reasonable prices there's legitimately no reason to not be taking it if your fat, you have so many options from semaglutide, retatrutide, tirzepatide, dnp, bam15, and even some adhd stimulants work great (talking from experience here).
Even if you're too ignorant, stupid, or scared for what ever reason you can follow the normie advice "just eat in a deficit bro" because (obviously) when you're 4'11 and 500lbs your maintenance calorie intake is going to be 10000 probably, so just eat less than that jfl, when your calorie maintenance is already that fucking high eating in a deficit should feel completely negligible compared to your existing goyslop diet, you can still stuff your fat fucking face with 10 pizzas and 2l of soda a day when you're that fat and still lose weight.
Even if you're a reasonable weight and just want to get leaner and don't have access to any drugs (somehow), eating in a simple deficit is SO fucking easy I don't understand how people struggle with this, you can still eat your shit food, just a bit less than normal, like cutting 500 calories out of your diet is not a lot AT ALL and will result in pretty decent fat loss (for someone not on glp-1's or anything, of course)
